For the last 5+ years, Japan has been slaughtering up to 1000 whales in the Antarctic during their migration between December and March. Battles have been raging between whalers and protestors and January 6th saw the Japanese whalers sinking one of the protest boats. The whales are hunted during their annual migration to Antarctic waters and the meat taken and sold in Japan. Many countries are afraid to step up to stop this cruel hunt due to trade relations with Japan. Please help us put pressure on the Japanese government to stop this massacre, by writing to both government authorities and Japanese companies and organizing boycotts.
